Marfa Comes to Dallas

Good evening! Since I’m always on the lookout for the cool and unusual, this fits the bill. This pic is of a sculpture titled “Playboy Marfa’ that was originally installed out in Marfa, TX – an artist enclave.

Marfa is also known as the on location shoot for the famous movie ‘Giant’ starring James Dean, Elizabeth Taylor, and Rock Hudson.

This sculpture is currently installed in the Dallas Design District on Riverfront Blvd, just north of Continental St. Check it out while its still here!
